Rules and Regulations 比賽規則

• 比賽規則
• 1. 一經報名付款, 報名費不作退款及不得轉讓。
• 2. 主辦機構已購置公眾責任保險，但並不包括個人意外 保險。主辦機構建議參賽者自行投購個人意外保險。
• 3. 參賽名額不能轉讓，亦不接納任何更改比賽組別之申請。
• 4. 參賽者必須以自力跑畢全程，不可陪跑及在檢查站以外地點支援跑手。參賽者在沿途的商店、餐廳、小販和售賣機購買飲料/食物，則不在此限。
• 5. 檢查站提供的食物飲料，只供參賽者享用。
• 6. 參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均清晰可見。
• 7. 倘若參賽者退出比賽，必須在最就近的檢查站或水站通知工作人員。
• 8. 若參賽者在比賽途中需要救護協助，應撥主辦機構電話與主辦機構聯絡，主辦機構人員即會盡力搜尋參賽者。
• 9. 參賽者應緊隨標示賽道前進，嚴禁另走捷徑，參賽者若被發現違規，將被取消資格。
• 10. 參賽者不得在沿途亂扔垃圾。被發現亂扔垃圾者，主辦機構有權給予額外計時處分。
• 11. 違反以上規則者可能會招致額外計時或取消參賽資格等處分，是否處分、如何處分由主辦機構全權決定，不設上訴。
• 12. 參賽者應為自己和他人的安全著想，無論任何時候應顧及路徑的其他使用者。橫過馬路或在馬路路段跑步時應格外小心。若遇其他參賽者受傷或不適，應加以援手。參賽者為協助受傷或不適的其他跑手而耽誤的時間，將在其完成時間中扣除。
• 13. 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
• 14. 參加者確認自己健康良好, 有能力參加此活動, 並明白這活動之體能要求的情況下報名, 如因本活動而導致死亡或受傷，本人願意自行承擔一切意外風險及責任,並同意主辦機構無需負上任何責任及賠償。
• 15. 如遇上黃雨、紅雨、黑雨、三號風球、八球風球、雷暴、山泥傾瀉、山火、示威、封路或其他惡劣天氣下，大會會考慮參加者的安全因數，而決定是否取消比賽。若因惡劣天氣或賽道因數取消比賽，報名費用不予退還。
• 16. 10K四人隊際可以分開各自跑, 最後計總時間。

• Rules and Regulations
• 1. Once registered and paid, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 2. The organizer has purchased public liability insurance, but does not include personal accident insurance. The organizer recommends that contestants purchase their own personal accident insurance.
• 3. The participation quota cannot be transferred, and any application to change the competition group will not be accepted.
• 4. Participants must complete the entire race on their own and are not allowed to accompany runners or support runners at locations other than checkpoints. This does not apply to participants purchasing drinks/food from shops, restaurants, vendors and vending machines along the route.
• 5. Food and drinks provided at the checkpoint are only for contestants to enjoy.
• 6. The entry number must be placed on the front of the jersey and clearly visible at all times.
• 7. If a participant withdraws from the competition, he or she must notify staff at the nearest checkpoint or water station.
• 8. If a contestant needs rescue assistance during the competition, he should call the organizer and contact the organizer, and the organizer's staff will try their best to search for the contestant.
• 9. Competitors should follow the marked track and are strictly prohibited from taking shortcuts. Competitors found to be in violation will be disqualified.
• 10. Participants are not allowed to litter along the route. The organizer reserves the right to impose additional time penalties on those found littering.
• 11. Those who violate the above rules may be punished by additional time or disqualification. Whether and how to be punished is decided by the organizer at its sole discretion without appeal.
• 12. Participants should consider the safety of themselves and others, and should be considerate of other trail users at all times. Use extreme caution when crossing or running on sections of road. If other contestants are injured or unwell, they should lend a helping hand. Time lost by a runner to assist another runner who is injured or unwell will be deducted from his or her finishing time.
• 13. The organizer reserves the right to modify the competition rules, routes and/or other arrangements at its discretion.
• 14. Participants confirm that they are in good health and have the ability to participate in this activity, and that they understand the physical requirements of this activity before registering. If death or injury occurs as a result of this activity, I am willing to bear all accidental risks and responsibilities, and agree to host it. The organization does not need to bear any responsibility or compensation.
• 15. In the event of yellow rain, red rain, black rain, typhoon signal No. 3, typhoon signal No. 8, thunderstorm, landslide, wildfire, demonstration, road closure or other severe weather, the conference will consider the safety of participants factors to decide whether to cancel the game. If the race is canceled due to bad weather or track conditions, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• 16. 10K teams of four can run separately and the total time will be calculated at the end.

賽事進行期間，各參賽者必須攜帶下列物品，大會可能於賽事中作裝備檢查｡ 如欠缺任何指定裝備，可能被加長完成時間或取消參賽資格：

• e) 膠杯 – 大會將不會在各檢查站提供即棄膠杯

• d) 運動帽或太陽帽
• e) 替換襪子
• f) 替換衣物
• g) 救護包
• h) 「八達通」咭

During the event, each participant must bring the following items. The organizer may conduct equipment inspection during the event. If any specified equipment is missing, the completion time may be extended or the competition may be disqualified:

• Mandatory gear
• a) mobile phone
• b) Bib
• c) A water bag or water bottle with a capacity of not less than 1.0 liters
• d) 2 energy bars/serving
• e) Plastic cups – The conference will not provide disposable plastic cups at each checkpoint

• a) Anti-wear paste
• b) Sunscreen oil
• c) sunglasses
• d) Sports hat or sun hat
• e) Replacement socks
• f) Change of clothes
• g) First aid kit
• h)"Octopus" card
