• 比賽規則
• 1.     一經報名付款, 報名費不作退款及不得轉讓。
• 2.     主辦機構已購置公眾責任保險，但並不包括個人意外 保險。主辦機構建議參賽者自行投購個人意外保險。
• 3.     參賽名額不能轉讓，亦不接納任何更改比賽組別之申請。
• 4.     參賽者必須以自力跑畢全程，不可陪跑及在檢查站以外地點支援跑手。參賽者在沿途的商店、餐廳、小販和售賣機購買飲料/食物，則不在此限。
• 5.     檢查站提供的食物飲料，只供參賽者享用。
• 6.     參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均清晰可見。
• 7.     倘若參賽者退出比賽，必須在最就近的檢查站或水站通知工作人員。
• 8.     若參賽者在比賽途中需要救護協助，應撥主辦機構電話與主辦機構聯絡，主辦機構人員即會盡力搜尋參賽者。
• 9.     參賽者應緊隨標示賽道前進，嚴禁另走捷徑，參賽者若被發現違規，將被取消資格。
• 10.    參賽者不得在沿途亂扔垃圾。被發現亂扔垃圾者，主辦機構有權給予額外計時處分。
• 11.    違反以上規則者可能會招致額外計時或取消參賽資格等處分，是否處分、如何處分由主辦機構全權決定，不設上訴。
• 12.    參賽者應為自己和他人的安全著想，無論任何時候應顧及路徑的其他使用者。橫過馬路或在馬路路段跑步時應格外小心。若遇其他參賽者受傷或不適，應加以援手。參賽者為協助受傷或不適的其他跑手而耽誤的時間，將在其完成時間中扣除。
• 13.    主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
• 14.    參加者確認自己健康良好, 有能力參加此活動, 並明白這活動之體能要求的情況下報名, 如因本活動而導致死亡或受傷，本人願意自行承擔一切意外風險及責任,並同意主辦機構無需負上任何責任及賠償。
• 15.    如遇上黃雨、紅雨、黑雨、三號風球、八球風球、雷暴、山泥傾瀉、山火、示威、封路、疫情或其他惡劣天氣下，大會會考慮參加者的安全因數，而決定是否取消比賽。若因惡劣天氣或賽道因數取消比賽，報名費用不予退還。
• 16.    隊際需二人同行，經過檢查站也必需一起，成績將以最後一位成員到達計算。隊員時間相差不能多於2分鐘。

• Rules and Regulations
• 1.       No refund of the registration fee will be provided, Race bib is non transferrable
• 2.       The organizer has its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident of participants. We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.
• 3.       Bib is non transferrable and we do not accept changing on the category or distances.
• 4.       Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power. Outside assistance and support crew is only permitted at the checkpoints, except in an emergency. Pacers and support runners are strictly prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, participants are not allowed to be accompanied along the course by anybody who has not entered into the event. There is no restriction on buying food or drinks from the shops, restaurants, hawkers and vending machines along the route.
• 5.       Refreshments at the WPs are reserved for runners only.
• 6.       Number bid must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing at the front.
• 7.       If you withdraw from the event, you must inform the race officials at the closest checkpoint.
• 8.       If you need first aid help on the course you should call organizer phone to contact event organizer who will make every effort to retrieve you.
• 9.       Stay on the marked course. Short cuts are strictly prohibited and runners found to be using short cuts will be disqualified.
• 10.      Littering is prohibited. Any participant found littering will incur a time penalty at the organizers’ discretion.
• 11.      Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification. Any such penalties are at the organizers’ discretion and are final.
• 12.      Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at alltimes. Take great care when crossing or running on roads. If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist. The race organizer will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow runner.
• 13.      The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event Rules, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.
• 14.      Participants should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. Runners are liable for their own safety or property loss.
• 15.      The organiser reserves the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:
  • adverse weather conditions (such as amber/red/black rainstorm warning, No.3 or above tropical cyclone warning, thunderstorms warning)
  • landslides, rockfalls,epidemic or hill fires along the course
  • protests or blockage along the course
  In such event no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
• 16.      Team must run and pass the check point together throughout the whole race, result will be calculated based on the last team member. The time difference between participating team members can’t be more than 2 minutes.

賽事進行期間，各參賽者必須攜帶下列物品，大會可能於賽事中作裝備檢查｡ 如欠缺任何指定裝備，可能被加長完成時間或取消參賽資格：

• a) 膠杯或水樽等容器 – 大會將不會在各檢查站提供即棄膠杯

• c) 電話

Each participant will need to carry the following items with them at all times.  There will be random gear checks during the event and if you are missing any item you will incur a penalty which may range from a time penalty to disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

• a) Cup or water bottles – No disposable cups will be provided at the checkpoints

• c) Mobile Phone
