Rules and Regulations 比賽規則

• 比賽規則
• 1.       如果要獲得ITRA積分，需向大會提交GPS連結，途中不可以暫停手錶，暫停時間也會計算在內。另外，要在指定地點打卡影相，需顯示地點、人樣和號碼布。
• 2.       一經報名付款, 報名費不作退款及不得轉讓。
• 3.       主辦機構建議參賽者自行投購個人意外保險。
• 4.       參賽名額不能轉讓。
• 5.       參賽者必須以自力跑畢全程，參賽者可在沿途的商店、餐廳、小販和售賣機購買飲料/食物。
• 6.       檢查站提供的食物飲料，只供參賽者享用。
• 7.       參賽者應緊隨大會路線前進，嚴禁另走捷徑，參賽者若被發現違規，將被取消資格。
• 8.       參賽者應為自己和他人的安全著想，無論任何時候應顧及路徑的其他使用者。橫過馬路或在馬路路段跑步時應格外小心。
• 9.       參加者確認自己健康良好, 有能力參加此活動, 並明白這活動之體能要求的情況下報名, 如因本活動而導致死亡或受傷，本人願意自行承擔一切意外風險及責任,並同意主辦機構無需負上任何責任及賠償。

• Rules and Regulations
• 1.         If you want to get ITRA point, you need to submit a GPS connection to the conference. You cannot pause the watch on the way, and the pause time will also be calculated internally. In addition, if you want to take a photo at a designated location, you need to display the location, person and number bib.
• 2.         No refund of the registration fee will be provided, Race bib is non transferrable
• 3.         We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.
• 4.         Bib is non transferrable .
• 5.         Participants must complete the whole journey by themselves. Participants can buy drinks/food in shops, restaurants, vendors and vending machines along the way.Refreshments at the WPs are reserved for runners only.
• 6.         Number bid must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing at the front.
• 7.         Participants should follow the route of the conference, and it is strictly forbidden to take other shortcuts. If a participant is found to violate the rules, he will be disqualified.
• 8.         Participants should consider the safety of themselves and others, and should take care of other users of the path at all times. Take extra care when crossing or running on road sections.
• 9.         Participants confirm that they are in good health, are able to participate in this activity, and sign up if they understand the physical requirements of this activity. If death or injury is caused by this activity, I am willing to bear all accident risks and responsibilities, and agree to host it The organization does not need to bear any responsibility and compensation.

賽事進行期間，各參賽者必須攜帶下列物品，大會可能於賽事中作裝備檢查｡ 如欠缺任何指定裝備，可能被加長完成時間或取消參賽資格：

• 手提電話
• 頭燈或電筒兩支（附電芯）
• 哨子
• 緊急用太空毯或相類似保暖毯
• 容量不少於1.5公升的水袋或水壺
• 2條能量棒 / 份食糧
• 密封袋（放置個人垃圾）
• 號碼布
• 適量現金

Each participant will need to carry the following items with them at all times.  There will be random gear checks during the event and if you are missing any item you will incur a penalty which may range from a time penalty to disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

• A mobile phone
• Two headlamp/torch (with batteries)
• A whistle
• An emergency space blanket or equivalent
• Capacity to carry at least 1.5 litres of water (water bladder or water bottles)
• 2 energy bars / food portions
• A Ziploc bag for your personal rubbish
• Race bib
• Some cash

UTMB Qualifying Race

Salomon 香港動力100賽事已經被列入2022年 Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc® 的認可賽事。

個人完成100公里可獲得5分。個人完成50公里可獲3分。

Salomon Hong Kong Dynamic100 is a qualifying race for the 2022 Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc® 

Solo Finishers of 100km will get 5 points. Solo Finishers of 50km will get 3 points.

在32小時以內完成比賽的跑步者將有資格申請參加Western States100 miles賽事。

Runners who complete the race within 32 will qualify to enter a lottery where the runners for Western States 100miles will be selected.

首550名報名的參賽者均可獲贈：由原裝Salomon Cross Rebel Tee印製之紀念Tee* (*報名時請選擇＜紀念Tee＞的尺寸，由於疫情影響製作，T-Shirt會在賽後派發。)

The first 550 entrants can get a Souvenir Tee by Salomon Cross Rebel Tee* (*Please select the size of the ＜Souvenir Tee＞ when registering. Due to the pandemic, T-Shirts will be distributed after the games.)
